MAC filtering | tp link modem

Mac filtering is not possible at some modems so check before u buy a modems,MAC filtering is very useful for open wifi security users,someone connect your wifi without u r permission



 Step 1: open url and enter common wifi ip's of 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.0.100 or 192.168.254.254



Step 2: Enter u r Modems username and password from modems back side or common user names are there :
User name : admin 
Password :admin
Or
User name :admin
Password :password

 Step 3 : Once u check u r modem status that shows u r currently connected wifi MAC address COPY U R WANTED MAC address


Step 4: Open Interface setup - Wireless - Mac filtering 


Step 5: Enter U r wanted MAC Address on MAC filtering Boxes its limited one..
